TERMS:
CONTRACT / 50% DEPOSITS / CREDIT CARDS / CHECKS:
Once you decide on a chosen date for your special event, company outing or group tour, Boston Adventures will fax you a contract to sign and return to us within (3) days. We require a 50% deposit in advance and we will make arrangements with you for convenient payment terms at the time of booking.
We accept all major credit cards, business and personal checks, school district checks, American Express traveler’s checks, US postal and bank money orders or cash as your form of payment. If paying by CHECK, we will give you 7 to 10 days to send in your check as your 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% balance for your scheduled event being due at the start of your event. Credit card 50% deposits made by you will be processed with your authorization at the time of booking, the final 50% balance will be charged no later than 1 day before your event as your payment in full as agreed.
REFUND POLICY / WEATHER ISSUES: There are "No REFUNDS" for any of our events or tours. However, Boston Adventures will make every effort to re-schedule your event within a reasonable time not to exceed 6 months from the date on your original signed contract. After that your contract is null & void. We TOUR RAIN OR SHINE and require a minimum of 72 hours notice of your intent to re-schedule your event by contacting Boston Adventures by telephone only and speaking to your Boston Adventures representative to discuss your booking and request to re-schedule. All events are non-transferable and
non-refundable.
RAIN DATE OPTION: You can request a rain date at the time of booking that is usually two weeks from the original date of your scheduled event. If we do not have availability on the rain date you have requested, we will work with you to find a date that is amicable for both Boston Adventures and your group. RAIN DATES are not available for our limousine events or for any scheduled Boston Harbor Cruise. WE ALL GO RAIN OR SHINE!
