Smokey Mountain Chicken Platter ~ 1/2 chicken seasoned
with a special blend of herbs and spices and then
smoked to perfection.
 
Asian Style St. Louis Rib's ~ Dry rubbed with exotic
spices and basted with Hoisin glaze

North Carolina Style Pulled Pork ~ Our Pit Master grew
up east of Raleigh - Need we say more?

Texas Style Beef Brisket ~ Smoked for 16 hours and
served with plenty of dippin' sauce.

Lonestar Beef Ribs ~ Big as the Texas sky.

Jamaican Jerked Chicken ~ Hot stuff, Mon!!! 

Pig Pile Combo ~ Our famous king sized combo of Smokey
mountain chicken. Memphis pork ribs and beef brisket.

In order to serve the freshest and highest quality
smoke meats and poultry we only smoke enough for one
day at a time ~ so sometimes we run out of a few
items. Get it while it lasts!!!
